Online orders will be processed within 48 hours after they are placed. Online orders will be shipped by "media mail" service, which averages 5-10 business days after the order is processed to reach its destination. Online orders shipped by priority service, "Priority Shipping", average 2-3 business days after the order is processed to reach its destination. Orders sent to destinations outside the continental United States may take additional time to reach its destination. All orders are shipped via USPS. Federal Express or UPS shipping is available upon special request at additional cost. Please indicate with your order if you wish to utilize another carrier.
For all ground orders within the United States shipping charges are calculated by weight. USPS "Priority Shipping" is available for an additional charge. We will notify you of any additional charges before shipping.
When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays.
UPS and Federal Express will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include a complete street address for all orders.
For everyone's protection, we only ship to the "Billing Address" on file with your credit card company.
RETURNS
CDs and/or DVD's purchased from Meyer Media LLC. may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. These items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap. Meyer Media LLC cannot accept returns of items purchased from other Merchants. Items that are picked up at a store or shipped directly by the merchant must be returned to the merchant according to their return guidelines.
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Meyer Media LLC. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within two to three weeks of our receiving your return.
